Started taking our vehicles to Christian Brothers about 2 year ago and have been very satisfied with their overall service and value. They are more than happy to take the time to talk through options on older vehicles. Most recently Shawn and Dan were a big help on my 2006 Fusion that I still want to keep around for a few more years. Would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.
Wife thinks they are very friendly, I am not happy about the latest visit where they charged us 50.00 to test a battery without saying there was a charge upfront. However after sleeping on it I am no longer as grumpy over it. Still think it was poor form on their part.
Excellent overall experience. I called and scheduled an appointment for an opening next day for an oil change. I work nearby, and they were able to shuttle me to my workplace after I dropped off my vehicle and picked me up upon completion. They took just over an hour to complete the oil change and inspection. Pricing was competitive and fair, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I will be back for additional maintenance and work in the future!
This shop is super friendly and thurough and do a good job at the repairs they complete. They are very detailed in giving you a report on what's wrong with your car and what actually needs service. The repairs are completed quickly too which means you get your car back fast. They also offer a shuttle service so you don't need to find a ride. They have been very helpful to me in trying to keep the cost of repairs low and have bent over backwards to assure customer satisfaction and great service. They are very nearby too. It's hard to find a great, trustworthy shop and I feel like I can rely on Christian Brothers. Thank you.
Very personal service, reasonably priced. Very good communicator. The receptionist even remember my name when I return the second time. Customer service seems to be there paramount concern. There appears to be a great effort for integrity. They are replacing the engine in my F-250 Ford and are a little cheaper than some other shops.
