I contacted Dercon because of a leak in my two year old roof. They initially suggested taking the issue to our builder to have them fix the leak. Unfortunately our official one year warranty period has passed so I requested that they come out and take a look anyway. This was a perfect way to start with Dercon. They weren't looking to do work for me when it was possible that I could save money by going to the builder. Impressive!

Douglas came out to my home and identified a long list of issues with my roof. He took pictures, explained the issues, and wrote up a report of the which I could take back to my builder. The office staff were also friendly.
Dercon goes out of their way to take care of their customers and make sure the final result is what was wanted and discussed. You never feel rushed while talking and all your questions get answered. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been extremely happy with the work completed for my by Dercon including a deck, a new roof, and odd jobs that have needed to be done around my house. I highly recommend that you give them a try and will gladly be a reference any day!
I had a master bathroom remodel done in January 2016. The price was very reasonable for the project. Dean and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to complete the project in a timely matter. They assisted in helping me coordinate the colors and had answers to all my questions. They even did some custom work that I needed. I highly recommend him! -
