They are close to home, and great for a quick in and out for the small items you always need on any project. However the prices can be 100% more than other large home supply stores. So I buy stuff here but not in large quantity. I certainly don't want them to go away, they have goods and services no big box store can match. The hardware selection is second to none, but spendy. They sell glass cut to size and repair windows and screens. They repair small engines, lawnmower, snowblowers. Rent stuff. And we buy plants from them in spring because the quality is very good.
Love this store! The prices are a tad higher than you'd see at big box stores, but in exchange I pretty much get a personal shopper helping me find EVERYTHING I need. Good luck getting that kind of help at Home Depot. For that amazing service I'll gladly pay a couple extra bucks!
I go here to prepare for nearly any project I'm working on. Reasonable prices. Not a huge selection, but it seems to be the right selection. Rarely can I not find what I'm looking for. The nursery is nice to get flowers, and it seems they take pretty good care of their plants. People there are friendly and helpful.
Staff is always helpful. Great prices, and they usually have everything you are looking for.
