Fair price, clean theatres, nice comfortable reclining seats w/heat.
Prices are decent. Staff was good. Someone tossed a coat on my popcorn & they replaced it with zero complaints (and were standing by for cleanup afterwards) The only downside for me was the heated seats. They kept turning off & the overall feeling of the theater was pretty warm due to many people using them. Some in my group mentioned the heat being a little much. Otherwise, love the plush recliners!
Only thing keeping it from getting a 5 star is screen/picture quality. Not the clearest/crisp as other mainstream theatres.
This theater is great! It's never very busy, they are upgrading to the power heated recliners, concessions prices are better than other theaters in the area and so are the ticket prices. Tuesday nights are 5 dollar movie nights as well. The coon rapids theater turns up the lows too much, to the point where it distracts from the film, the audio here seems much more balanced and room corrected properly.
This place is always great. Customer service here is excellent and the staff is very professional with the majority being kids. Since they now have reclining chairs, the front isn't too bad to sit in because you can just lay back, another thing to mention is that the seats actually heat up your lower back as well. You simply press the little button next to the reclining switch and it starts warming you up. An excellent theater indeed
Never tried their popcorn but they have good assortment of candy and other snacks.
Normally I really enjoy this theatre! Great prices and seating is awesome! Unfortunately today was not that great of an experience. The place was a mess. Popcorn all over the floors, counters and tables. Garbage left on pop counter. Bathrooms were not kept on good clean condition either. We do enjoy coming to this theatre hopefully they can increase the amount of scheduled cleaning.
